Donation Policy

Once you have completed the payment, a receipt for your donation will be sent to your email address. You should receive this email within seconds of completing payment, but sometimes this can take up to 30 minutes. Once our accounts department have verified the donation in full, a more detailed receipt and associated information may be sent to you. Refund Policy

We offer a no quibble 30 day refund policy. If you are not happy with your donation for whatever reason, you may request a refund of your payment by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Your information is secure with us. We do not store your financial information including you credit / debit card details on our system. We do not share your details with any third-party. DHM is committed to protecting the privacy of the information we obtain from you. That information shall be obtained on each occasion that you access this website and when you use any product or service featured in the Website. You need to be aware that third party websites which are linked to the Website may contain privacy provisions that differ from this Privacy Statement. Such third parties may use your information differently to the way in which we shall Use it.

How Can I Donate?

There are several ways to make a donation and support our work.

Regular Giving

It is often easier to donate a smaller monthly amount than to make a larger single donation. You can set up a regular giving agreement to DHM using any of the following payment methods:-


Call us direct on 020 7286 2777. You can make a donation over the phone using your credit or debit card, or even set-up a Direct Debit over the phone.

Postal Donations

You can donate via cheque or postal order. Please make them payable to 'UK & European Disabled Hajj Mission' and send to: Disabled Hajj Mission DHM, 37 Lisson Grove, London NW1 6UB, United Kingdom

Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account and postal orders should be obtained from the Post Office. Please do not send cash in the post.

Direct Debit

You can make regular monthly donations by Direct Debit. If you prefer:-

  • You may download and print a Direct Debit Form (PDF format) which can be returned by post. You can also order a form or set-up a Direct Debit over the phone using the number above.

Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, DHM will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request DHM to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by DHM or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when DHM asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

Credit / Debit Card (Set-Up Coming SOON)

We can also accept monthly credit / debit card agreements, where you simply give us your card and donation details, specify the day of the month you wish the card to be debited and our secure server will automatically debit your card on the agreed schedule. You can setup a credit/debit card agreement in various ways:-

Standing Order

You can setup a monthly standing order direct from your bank account. A form can be Download Form. Please complete and return to DHM to the address on the form. You can of course setup a standing order agreement direct with your bank; however, unless you inform us of the donation details.

The bank standing order can be used to setup a regular donation direct from your bank account. We would strongly recommend using direct debit instead - it provides more protection to your and its most efficient way to donate to DHM. Please complete and return to DHM to the address on the form.
